Reception at MALO CLINIC Prague

We are accepting new patients

The initial examination is covered by Czech public health insurance.

What happens at your first visit

Three steps, nothing more. You know in advance what will happen.

1. Booking

Call us or write to us using the form. We will get back to you and find a time that suits you — we speak Czech, Vietnamese, English and Russian.

2. Initial examination

We examine your teeth, gums and bite and take an X-ray if needed. The initial examination is covered by health insurance.

3. Treatment plan and price

We tell you what needs treating straight away and what can wait, in what order and how much it will cost. The decision is then yours.

What to bring

  • Proof of identity and your health insurance card.
  • A list of the medicines you take and information about any allergies.
  • Previous X-rays or reports, if you have them.
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Don’t have any of this to hand? Come anyway — we will fill in the details at the clinic.

Payment and insurance

The initial examination and preventive check-up are covered by health insurance. For other treatments, it depends on what needs to be done and which material is used — so we give you the exact price only after an examination, not over the phone.

Decay is cheaper to treat early than to wait until it starts to hurt. So keep prevention in mind between treatments too: a dental hygiene appointment belongs with your regular check-up.
